Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between vitamin K1 and vitamin K2?

Vitamin K2: Plays a central role in bone and heart health, supports the storage of calcium in the bones and prevents the deposition of calcium in the blood vessels.

Yes, it is possible to open the capsules. The contents can be mixed into a drink or a meal, for example, without impairing the effectiveness of the ingredients. However, it should be noted that the powder is poorly soluble in water.

It is recommended to take one capsule daily with sufficient liquid with or after a meal. Regular use is important for optimum effect.

You can store the capsules at normal room temperature in a dry environment. As long as they are protected from direct sunlight, you are otherwise free to choose where to store them.

Vitamin K2 can be used permanently without risk. There are usually no side effects.

As a rule, no side effects occur as long as the recommended dosage is adhered to. If you are taking anticoagulant medication, the intake of vitamin K2 should be discussed with your doctor.
